Toshiba 57HDX82 Picture to blue and picture dark

Having a hard time with the tint. Picture is to blue and I can't get to stay neutral. Tried to get a good B/W with the screen pots, but they are very sensitive. The picture was not to bad but yesterday. I played with the brightness and contrast to get the blacks to be lighter and today I noticed the screen was on the blue side.
Also my blacks seem to be dark and the whites are a dull. I get poor definiton in dark pictures. When I turn up the brightness then it seems the picture gets hazzy or smokey white.
