Shut-Down with 2-3 Code
Main Power Supply surges at startup causing Horz Deflection to spike, triggering error code 2-3 and shutdown. Cause is defective IC Error Amp IC9A51 (SE110N) not holding down. Replaced with NTE7215. Also replaced associated photocoupler PC9A51 with TLP421.
